Up until BNW, it was possible to micromanage the generation of great people to pop two on one turn. For example, if you reach the required 100 points needed for both a GS and a GE on the same turn, both of them would pop and the great person generation would increment twice (raising the price of the next great person to 300 instead of 200 in the above example.

It seems like this has been patched out in BNW. If it was intended to eliminate this mechanic in BNW, there are two things which should be fixed.

First, there seems to be a bug in the Great Artists of different types (writes, artists, and musicians). I am able to generate a GW and a GA in the same city on the same turn as the mechanic worked in G&K. Is it intended for the arts specialists to pop multiples but not the sciences specialists? It seems like the mechanic should be consistent with all great people and not work one way with half and the other way with the other half.

The other problem is that selection of the great person now seems to be random. In my recent game, I earned enough points to generate both a GS and a GE on the same turn. The GS popped but the GE did not. If it is intended that only one should be available, then please add a mechanic so that the player can choose (like the Liberty finisher but with only the available options based on points).
