I am playing a game of your mod and i am close to getting the Apostolic Palace.
All the other ai do run the civic org religion,and have no state religion. I think it's better at this part of the game that the civic org religion must have a state religion (for the ap. Palace but also for historical reasons).
Free religion is later in the game and good for that part of the game.
I like this mod. Thankyou for developing it.

ok i decided to add 2 civc catagories, heres the civic screen that i came up with.

im gonna delay the release of v 1.4 in a few days to add some more stuff.

Hey Keldath!

From your change log it seems that you no longer use FexFX speeds. Any particular reason why?

Other additions are interesting. I will try your tweaked speed first thing to see what you did with it.

Unfortunately the download is not available now (the site gives limited capacity).

could you please try to find anther hosting? I have been trying to download your MOd for the last hour with no success.

And the link for city radius patch does not work at all.

also i updaed the 3 city radius now.

the fexfx speed is still there, i didnt took it off,
ijust added 2 more - one is the keldath speed with many tweaks,
and the second a tweaked version of the marathon speed from rise of mankind,
i figured that rise of mankind is a large mod with alot of componants, so he mustve tweaked the speeds to fit, so i converted it to overlord.


i think v 1,4 is a whole lot better, cause many buildings were tweaked, some gave to high bonses....

i would appriciate if anyone else can upload the mod to another file hosting, that would be nice.

second - i forgot to change in the globaldefines.xml the civics from 6 to 8, not sure what that affects though, but anyone can change it , its easy,
if requested ill upload a patch...:)
 
Found a bug in version 1.4
When you found your first city it always starts with legendary culture, both yours and the AI's. Doesn't appear to effect any additional cities you build.

I was also wondering if there is any way the Sulfur and Salt resources could be set to appear more often on hills (similar to copper/Iron/etc.), as it is I very rarely see them on hills but instead on flat lands.

I'd also like to say thanks for all your hard work on this great mod :)
 
Buddhism and Hinduism are icons reversed.

A few suggestions:

Hypaspist - (Roman Legion) looks to much like a classical age unit.

Early cavalry to powerful and it eliminates the need for chariots for civs that get writing right away; How about a heavy chariot with first strike?

Forge seams to be giving 1 happy instead of 1 unhappy….that may be a wonder I built?

Fossils, way too early in the game, maybe reveled with scientific method?

to ajust resources to apear on hills and more,
you need to go in to the boNUSINFO.XML
and change the tags there
 
I’ve played a dozen or so games with BTS and the Greeks always seam weak as opposed to Warlords/Vanilla where you could count on them to be an early powerhouse. It’s nice to se them back! They just showed up at my 3rd largest city with 25 swordsman and a few catapults.
 
Just got my first general and I noticed the Military Academy bug, it can be fixed by editing the CIV4UnitInfos.xml
 
I think the weird cult.lvl start is only with the fx-mammoth maps.
Not with a continental map.
I thought that field-bombardment was in the game (as in visa).
Are you planning this ?

thanks, i havt chek the fefx maps at all.... if i wont be able to fix, ill take them out. thats alot.

dale range?? its inside from version 1.1.....
to see how it works - go to the world editor and spawn a howitzer - then return to gameplay = and try to bomd an enemy :)
