It would suck if this happened in OCC...
 
Wow im gonna defiantly try this start out.
I'm a fan of islands but i think this is pushing it lol!
 
If this is BtS then you should probably move your capital to the mainland. Oh and use WB to make every civ start on one island... it would only be fair;)
