How Do I Add Civ II From Windows Virtual PC -- XP Mode --to My Steam Library?

Thanks to this thread I was able to start up Civilization II in Windows XP Mode on Windows 7.

The game works flawlessly but I would like to add this to my Steam library. Clicking on the link located on my Windows 7 desktop will load the game via the virtual machine but I cannot associate this shortcut with Steam.

Has anyone figured out how to do this? Thank you in advance for the help!

- Go on Properties on the shortcut on your desktop (the one that loads the game)
- Copy what's in the 'Target' box
- Add a non-steam shortcut to steam, it doesn't matter what it is
- Go on 'Properties' of the shortcut in your Steam library
- Paste the stuff you copied earlier in the 'Target' box
