Some help with Patch 3.19

Hello, I have bought a new computer... and when installed Civ4 and get online updates, there's none because Spy is no longer working... I tried then to download the patches that this websites has, but when I try to extract the zipped folder to install the patch, something is happening that prevents me to extract the folder. Can someone upload at google drive or somewhere the unzipped folder with the patch and bring me the link to download it? So I dont have to unzip it since my computer doesn't let me to... :-/
