Whatever happened to that patch that would fix diplomacy in MGE?

I've looked through the forums for several hours now and can't seem to find a download. Could someone help me out?

EDIT: To be specific, I'm looking for the one that's allowed for GOTM play. I saw one that fixed the hostile AI, but it looked like it changed some other things as well and I wasn't sure if it was allowed.

I play on an old computer with classic so I have never installed this patch.

What other things changed with the patch you found? Did you find that patch here in CFC or some other place? If here, please post a link.

Thanks, I had been looking through the forums for a thread on the patch. This was the patch I found, which I wasn't sure would be allowed in the GOTM

The one you provided the link for should be OK for GOTMs as the other things it provides (animation speed up for example) have no effect on game play.
