Just downloaded the game. I can't find a full list on the internet, so I'm typing them here - all the new things found in the latest version of CivRev2, as of the 1.4.4 update. Any ambiguities are caused by the original Civilopedia descriptions. Not sure if so many late game additions can actually improve the CivRev experience.
