Apolyton Preview Part 6: Starting Points

The sixth part of Apolyton Civilization Site's multi-part preview of Civilization: Revolution written by yours truly

is now available. Entitled "Starting Points", it`s the first in a more narrative format and also with accompanying gameplay video. Here's an excerpt from the full write-up:

As Sid starts exploring with our Warrior I am surprised just how much larger a landmass we are on than I had originally thought. Given the topography and the fog detail I initially assumed that we were on a small island. I had been silently grumbling that this could be lovable if were we playing the Japanese with their sea square food bonus from the get-go.

The seventh part of this `Rev It Up` feature is to be released shortly.

I can't get access to your gameplay vid it says page not found.

Pardon that -- the graphical link at the top of the post has always been working but the one at the bottom was not. (It must have been the latter you tried.)

I say "was not" working as now both gameplay video links should be working -- the text-based one had an space in there originally when it shouldn't.
