I'm new at Civilization game, started playing approximately 1 year ago ... When my comp broke, I was devestated because there was so many mods to try out. Then I started again one month ago... The Anno Domini is definetly the best Mod I've played so far, and YNAEMP is best map. Anno Domini because everything about it is set in ancient history and has so many new things in it. YNAEMP, that's easy ... because it's more realistic. But again, I've only tried around 20% of mods installed on my PC and I can't wait for finding another history mods.

I wonder, what are the best mods you played in Civ5 and what makes them best for you ?

The two I use most are InfoAddict and "City View For Notebooks".

I rarely use anything other than UI mods. InfoAddict is a great information resource and in particular an excellent way to keep track of the great science/gold/military race. CVfN reworks the City View screen to be more space efficient. I play most of my Civ games on a laptop, so anything that makes better use of my screen space is a winning mod for me.
