How Much Have You Changed Since You Joined?

I've gone from pretty right wing to somewhat left of center. I was always for mass transit as I've seen it work when done right with my own eyes but I was pretty pro-Israel, pro-Bush, pro-Iraq and Afghan war but now I'm not favorable to either side of the Israel issue, Bush was probably not as good as I imagined him to be and Iraq could have been planned much better. I'm still up in the air with Afghanistan though.

Same with me. I still remember that NES (or was it a Forum game?) where everyone built up an island, and I got banned for power-gaming. Can't I have Space Marines, Terminators and Tsunami-creating devices?

About 5 years ago, VRWCAgent told me that I'd be a more sensible person when I got older. He was right. When I joined, I was a little left-wing nutter, but between MobBoss and VRWC, I became much more conservative. I'm probably still a liberal when it comes to foreign policy or healthcare, but now I'd describe myself as conservative on abortion and gay marriage.

I changed so much since '05 (yes, I did join when I was twelve...) but that's granted.

Within the last three years my political outlook has changed significantly. I remember in freshman year I was a run-of-the-mill socialist, but after growing up (and probably after taking European history sophomore with a conservative history teacher) my outlook swung right drastically. But I wasn't on CFC during those two years, so I won't attribute these changes to you guys.

Otherwise, it's pretty hard to comprehend all the changes I've gone through the last few years. Yay adolescence!

I'm still extremely liberal, yet I have a very conservative History teacher. He's quite funny though, and a lot of the time he imitates the Nazis - Sometimes, people think he is actually a Nazi!!!

I got an environmentalist for a teacher for American history this year. Can't say it was enjoyable, but it was definitely fun to mock her by acting ultra-conservative and defending all the captains of industry of the late 19th century and such.
