Space Ship Production

Hello Guys

I am in a game where Bismark has nearly completed the space ship in his capital of Berlin. If I take over Berlin does he still have those parts to the ship or does he have to start over in his next capital city.

If the parts have been attached to the spaceship in construction (i.e., you got notice from the game that he has completed those parts), taking his capital will do nothing to those parts. The partially completed SS gets "teleported" to his new capital (I like to think of the partially completed SS orbiting the earth above his capital, rather than sitting in his capital - ignoring, of course, the victory animation that shows the SS taking off from his capital). He can build the last part in his new capital (or in any other city) and then attach the last part.

If the last part is partially under construction in his capital when you take his capital, he does lose that construction progress, but he can start new construction of that last part in a new city.
