Is it possible to play as Sid Meier of the Barbarians?
If so, what traits does he have? What about Barbarian UU/UB?

I am disappointed by this thread. When I saw the title, Sid Meier and the Barbarians, I thought he had formed a rock group. And maybe they would be playing at Pax East this weekend.

So sad it isn't so.

In Civ 4 there's a tiny easter egg where they have an animated leaderhead of Sid Meier and he tends to usually lead the "barbarians".
