Just found this issue while trying to defend my spies with a squad of air units.

If you have air units and a spy on the same square, when someone captures the spy they also capture the air units.

I had moved a spy near an enemy capital but was unprotected, so I flew a group of air units to the same square to try and defend it from being captured. Next turn the spy was captured, the air units disappeared, and shorty after attacked my nearest town (I was the only civ with flight at the time)!

Just a heads up!

hmm... that's strange. I have tried moving a land unit to a tile occupy by an enemy fighter. It won't even allow me to do that.

Are you saying if that tile has both an air unit and spy, it would allow me to enter and capture both spy and plane?

It sounds like he's saying the square had both his spy and airunits, and the AI was able to capture both his spy and his planes by moving a land unit into the square.

That's what I got from reading it.

If so, thanks for the heads up flatfeet. Very good thing to know.
