Any posts explaining settings in civIV.ini file?

Just wondering if anyone has attempted to explain what each setting in the .ini file means??

I thought at one point I had seen a way to set a flag in the .ini file to clear the xml cache when loading the game instead of having to hold down the shift key

is the line you're looking for... Set it's value to 1.
