City 6+ with no happiness penalty

Yeah a luckier game would have been nice. We had 6 AI religion founds and 4 enhancements by turn 50 lol. I was pretty fast as well but not THAT fast. I wasn't so much going for score victory as just trying to settle a large empire and still win.

My machine is not so good, at the end between-turn times were about 2 minutes, but it's not terrible. I got 16 GB i-7 core and 2.8 GHz clock.

Each end turn near the end I felt like my game was crashing...

It was on King I believe and I picked freedom

It was a chieftain gauntlet and it brings some bad memories. I think I automated workers to keep my sanity and a T300 save took me 4 or 5 tries to even load.
