Steam Works and RifE Multiplayer

So with the new Steam version update, how do you accomplish multiplayer for this mod? Its on sale today, and I bought it for a bunch of people so we could play this mod. But I don't see a way to connect, they weren't able to see the game hosted in the internet games list.
