Psych Question

This is really a curiosity question. When I'm in the city view and select the 'Psych' window view, often I'll have one drone when the Psych window shows none. Just wondering what causes this. This only occurs sometimes, so I'm guessing there is a reasonable explanation, just wondering if anyone knew what it is. Thank you people! Great site!

I think this is a known bug.

I'm pretty sure more than one of the .exe coders has talked about it a lot, but all I really understood was 'It's a little broke'.
