Request: +Health for %Culture/Espionage/Gold etc.

So, I suck horribly at SDK. I'm looking for some help in creating a tag similar to what's currently available and used for the theater and coliseum where you get a certain amount of happiness based on your % slider, however instead of happiness it would give health.

Anyone done or know how to do this? I know it'll need some SDK modding

I could also really use that SDK, if anyone has it.
