The contrast of Moravian scheme seems a bit off, now that I see it on this template. I'll redo the icon when the time for it comes, so please don't include it in the album yet.

Furthermore, neither Great Moravia nor Czechoslovakia will be getting released any time soon; the thread states this is for released civs only, so they shouldn't be getting put on unless release is imminent.

The album contains things like RawSasquatch's Yucatan or CL's Malaysia. I was following a precedent.

Yup, I'd honestly prefer if those were removed (or at least Malaysia, as I believe Yucatan is on the verge of release as far as RawSasquatch is concerned

I don't have an issue with including unreleased civs, provided they're in progress or the colours are locked in or something. Just needs to be made clear either all unreleased civs or no unreleased civs, instead of somewhere in the middle

All unreleased is probably a better idea, so you don't conflict with something that's coming out soon.

I'd have to say more on the verge of release (to your best knowledge) - if you're working on it, and just about everything's ready but there's some really annoying bug, then it's justified enough to post it.
