Where's the article re India No military units?

I've been searching and searching and I can't find it. Please could some one direct me to the article regarding a win that someone had acieved using India and No military units?

Hm… sounds strange if the you have absolutely no units. Having atelast 1 warrior in ever city gives +1 happiness.

Otherwise it isn’t hard to win a "no" unit game, keep gifting techs and such to gain popularity and adapt religion to suite neighbour’s. Only real problem might be barbarians, if that option is checked.
