1: The heal faster promotion is what the Persian Immortals get as a free promotion, having them heal 20 instead of 10.
2: Thanks for your feedback, do you have an idea of what to change that value to?

Maybe 50% more... but since large part if the UA is about golden ages, that's a problem, yet...

That's how i built this over a Utopia is- by quote "a community or society possessing highly desirable or near perfect qualities." This means no social or economic barriers. Which will make some citizens unhappy. I will follow your suggestion of putting it down to 50%, but the idea is that if you get to a golden age, you would be rewarded.
