I don't know whether I should ask to be a Great Writer (because of endless wall-of-text-tutorials), or a special kind of city-state where when you meet me you're confronted with a unit-confusing wall of text everywhere that causes the unit to become inactive for a turn or two, but you gain a dollop of science (ie, tutorial data)
