armaggedon counter - the punishement for the evils

Just a few things I've thought of while reading this,

1st: as I have not played the Sheam how do they get a bonus from high AC besides there portals summon better demons? Or is that it? If that's all they get its still a big price to pay for having allot of your health and happy items go away (they all turn into one of the 3 hell types).

2nd: Maybe add a mechanic that is along the lines of the influence driven war option: When an evil army marches into a good land and pillages / fights it spreads hell tiles. The good side already has a way of cleaning the land but evil has no way of spreading it, to give there demon units a boost.

3nd: As of now hell tiles give daemons a big boost and that's all well and good but maybe expand the system so any unit with AV religion gets the boost as well? (not sure if theirs a way to track if units are built by evil or good civs and thus the units them self's are good / evil so might have to use the existing unit religion mechanic). Maybe just make it so hell tiles nerf any living unit, that way demons (there home landscape) Angels (what they trained to fight in?) and undead (witch helps evil mostly) can be the weapons of choice, would also give the dwarfs a round about boost as allot of there units are not "alive".

4th: Maybe add some new resources to hell tiles, ya sure hell might not be the best place to find items that make you happy / healthy (like how the current system works by nerfing those resources) but there are probably some really nasty things to make weapons out of (daemon bone weapons or something) and some nasty nasty critters to use as weapons, this is already party in place with the night mares, how is a Knight on a flaming daemon horse that is mostly likely a deadly foe without a rider the equal to the same type of Knight on a normal horse?
 
Maybe something more powerfull than mithrill but only useable if you have AV as state reli.
Also maybe there could be a ritual, for AV folowers that negates some of the negative effects of hell, this would force the evil doers to either abandon thair wicked ways or acctualy join AV.
I think hell should spread everywhere, even good lands, the speed depending on the AC.
With the new mana system the cost to get rid of hell via magic could be incresed with the AC, so the good civs acctualy have a reason to keep the AC low and hell out of the world, unless they join AV to get that ritual.
 
At least, how about having units following the AV religion to gain some demonic traits randomly as the AC goes up? It might be balancing out at little the hell terrains.
 
AV is strong enough that it is balanced already.

It is silly with bonus when the world is ending.
 
I think this should be like global warming. No one want global warming. But the 'evil' corporation still build factory and cut forest because they gain benefit. On the other side the 'good' greenpeace try to take them down. Same between nuke capable country with non military one. And there shouldn't be any benefit from high AC ( no equipment from four horses ). Maybe exception for some (sheaim, infernal, AV).
Bad effect should apply with equal weight for both good, neutral, and evil, but with different touch. Good keep their land intact until certain AC, but they paid with maintenance or others to simulate their constant work on this. Neutral as is, no maintenance, no benefit. Evil will get hell first because they get benefit by building evil unit or evil building.
We can add building that will reduce nearby hell counter that can be build by any alignment. Auto sanctify unit could be change to reduce hell counter instead immediate effect. Maybe like global warming we can create event that make disaster randomly, even on good land, to increase AC hate on good people. Good should still can build a few evil unit/building to entice them to increase AC. Human should always tempted to do something which increase global warming, especially in FFH.
