Unfortunately, website of mod again offline. If to you it is necessary original modes, I can try to find it in the archives. As far as I remember, it is incompatible with C3C. After it there was RAR from the same authors and RARR on which link was already given.

Yeah, Rise and Rule was the C3C updated version of Double Your Pleasure.

Rise and Rule Revisited is an updated version of RAR bringing it up to scratch with current available units and such - I'd recommend downloading this one, I've been playing it recently and it's superb
