It sounds like something "PronunciationManual" would translate apple into.

I play a large maps, with 9 Celts including meself, starting in Information era, and build 3 settlers and then get the achievement. That works - but I never find out if I get the achievement if an other get the city, since I got it myself.

I got this the first time I played, the first city I founded was this.

I never thought to play with multiple Celtic players on the map. I played a huge Pangaea map on Settler level to get this achievement IIRC. I don't even think I reduced the player count since the AI don't settle too aggressively on Settler level. It was essentially a sandbox game to found 30+ cities for an achievement. I made sure to build temples in every city and to chop a lot of forests and purchase several tiles in each city as well to earn points towards those achievements.

How does one get this achievement without causing the empire to revolt? You would need to found over 25 cities to get to it as the Celts, which makes me think maybe playing as Attila against Boudica only would be a faster way to get it. Thoughts?
