Missing information from main screen

I'm missing the Mana bar and the Score Table on my main interface screen for FfH. It occurs to me now that I haven't looked in regular-BtS to see whether the Score Table is there either, but

I've completely deleted the FfH folder and all the previous FfH folders and did a complete re-install with .41, the Media Pack and the .41a patch and the game now loads in about 1/4 of the time I once needed, but I'm still missing those two pieces. Any suggestions on how to get them back?

I've tried
Alt-O
Ctrl-B
Ctrl-F

and I don't know/can't find any more keyboard shortcuts to try. This might be a .ini setting, but I don't know where to look for that either.

There's a button next to the 'show all resources' button that should enable it.

Down by the minimap in the lower right corner of your screen, I might add.

You can always remove all the .ini files you find in the FfH folder. They'll get regenerated with default settings next time you play.
