Mod idea - Great Filmmakers

So, I have never tried to make a mod before, and would really have no idea where to begin, but I have a great idea for one - adding in Great Films to the Great Works.

New Technology:
Cinematography (even with Radio):
-Great Filmmaker
-Filmmaker's Guild (has Filmmaker specialists, +Culture, +Filmmaker points)
-Hollywood (wonder, spawns free Filmmaker, has three Film slots)

Broadcast Towers now have a slot for a Great Film, instead of Great Music.

Great Filmmakers can either create a Great Film, or they can hold a Film Festival, which would last for maybe 3? turns, during which your Tourism would double, and at the start of each turn, a random Great Person would spawn (celebrities showing up).

List of Filmmakers (and Films):
-Orson Welles (Citizen Kane)
-Stanley Kubrick (2001: A Space Odyssey)
-George Lucas (Star Wars)
-Steven Spielberg (ET)
-Cecil B. Demille (The Ten Commandments)
-Walt Disney (Snow White)
etc.

When making a Great Film, a short clip would play.

I've got a California civ in progress that has a Great Filmmaker as their unique Great Person, replacing the Great Writer. Additionally, my American Wonders Pack has Hollywood implemented in a very similar fashion, only with slots for Writing. I really like this idea though! (And I may steal something similar to the Film Festival idea to make the Californian GP more unique, if you don't mind...)

This sounds like a neat idea. Coincidentally I was searching for a Great Filmmaker mod, and then - zzzzp! - I stumbled onto this thread.

I've got several names and films already, so feel free to add them to your own list.
