What does France's UA new do?

What are Great Work Theming bonuses?

Great work theming is a bonus you get for pairing up certain great works together in the same wonder or building. When you pull up the great work screen and hover over the slots in a building it will tell you what the bonus for that building is. For example, the Sistine Chapel will give an extra +4 tourism when you have two great paintings that were made by the same civ and are from the same era, giving you a net +8 tourism instead of just +4. I haven't tried out France yet but from my understanding it would take that +4 bonus from the above example and double it, giving you +12 tourism in all instead of +8.

City of Light also stacks with the Aesthetics finisher. Oh and, the Sistine Chapel only gives a +2 theming bonus. However, City of Light raises that to +4, and the Aesthetics finisher can increase it to the maximum of +8. The buildings and wonders housing Great Works only provide a base theming bonus equal to the number of Great Work slots. For example, The Louvre provides a +4 base, which becomes +8 with City of Light and then +16, the highest bonus in the game with the Aesthetics finisher.
