GMR: A Change Of Seasons

So what's happening over in the rest of the world? The city states are emotional over the Barbs at their doors. Will no one champion the grief they feel? Everyone is busy with infrastructure and whatnot, but this is no cause to become complacent regarding world events.

Wait, are there any world events? Yes!! Barbarians galore have been squelched and music and the arts flourish in their absence!!!

It would be good to find somebody to replace Tawhn as Ethiopia. Ethiopa is doing quite well - it's got the second highest score, has completed the Oracle and has just entered a golden age.
