City name plates disappearing

I experience this whenever I load a saved game or in the middle of a non-modded single player game.

Randomly I will lose the city name plate of either most or all of my cities and the only way to play is to use the city list to produce units/switch citizens.

I could manage to play like this but when I'm in war I can't use the city attacks so I'm here looking for help!





I use the latest GPU drivers and I am on a Windows 10 system.
