.CIV5MOD files not downloading.

Hello! I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this particular error. I've had Civ 5 for a while, but today was the first day I installed it on my new laptop. I have a lot of subscribed mods, and I downloaded a couple. When I went to the mods paged, it crashed the game twice, so I got rid of a couple older ones I thought might have been the issue. That seemed to work, only now all the mods that are saved as .CIV5MOD files won't show up. All my subscribed and direct downloaded mods that are individual .xml etc. files in folders do. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, and verifying my game cache. Any other ideas? Thanks!
