Modded games not loading

Just today my modded games stopped loading, when the game starts up it crashes and I get this message:

I figured it was a compatibility issue between one of my mods but no matter how many I removed I kept getting the same result.

And the game was running perfectly fine a few days ago so I don't know whats up

So you get the same message if you try to load an unmodded game?

No this only happens in modded games

Then we have to assume that a mod (or combination of mods) is causing the problem. All I can advise is that you start by identifying mods that haven't been updated since the latest BNW patch, to see if the culprit is among that group. After that, you can see whether others have reported the same problems with any mods (either in the relevant threads in the Creation & Customization forum here or in Steam Workshop comments).

No matter what mods I add to the game it doesn't work.
I usually play with:
3 Units Per Tile
Colonialist Legacies, Canada, Australia, The Cree
JFD's Japan, France, Norway, Great Britain
Perfect World 3
Saga of Man
Scouts Progress

The game crashes no matter what mods I put in, even if it's just one mod.

Have you tried revalidating your game files through Steam? Go to your Steam Library, right click Civ V Properties, choose Local Files and then Verify INtegrity of Game Cache. If it downloads any files, do it again until no files are downloaded.

I just reinstalled the game yesterday to see if it would fix it but I'll try that
