Option Menu

Recently I went to my Civ V (no expansion) "Video Options" from the top menu/Options, and clicked "Defaults", thinking that would change only the Video settings to default. It changed ALL options to default. I tried setting everything back the way I like it. However, when I hover my mouse over a tile in game, it now now longer shows which Civ owns that tile. I've looked and can not find an option that sounds related to that. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Perhaps the Map Info Delay setting has been changed. If you set it to zero seconds (assuming that it's not already zero) does that help?
