Need Help with TCW1.6 by el justo

Hello:
I hope this is the right place to be asking questions, lol, Im new around here and dont want to get reprimanded for posting questions in the wrong place.

I cant seem to get any mod scenarios to run, i am able to download them but every time i try to load them from "civ-content" I get load errors - missing entry...... was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction
Notably, i am trying to play TCW1.6 by el justo, but i can only ever find the biq file and not all of the required art and text files. Could someone please provide me with a link to a complete set of files for TCW1.6. Thanks in advance

also, I have civ 3 complete, running windows 7, downloaded C3C from STEAM

It seems that stormoverciv that hosted main file for that scenario is closed. Have a try with the last post on this page http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=108268&page=274

You might be putting your files in the wrong place. As you can see in this attachment, a screenshot from my desktop:



your uploaded mods should be in the Conquests/Scenarios folder - both the biq and its accompanying scenario folder. For instance, here you can see that both the Barsoom scenario folder and the Barsoom biq are found in this same folder.
