Also I never considered Reliquary. 50 faith per great person doesn't seem like a lot but it does often equate to a free extra great person in the late game. I was late on my religion (I should have picked Desert Folklore but I didn't have a lot of early desert to make much use of it so I picked God King) and even with Religious Texts I could not stop Morocco from Faith Prophet bombing everyone with Messiah. So in the end only my capital held my religion as Morocco's arguably was better with Jesuit Education and Religious Community. So I believe in that case Reliquary would have been better.
Egh it seems like it's a mistake almost always to pick a non-faith Pantheon (God King really doesn't provide enough faith to get you going) with the opportunity to buy Great People from faith.
