Best map size/AI number combo for a Greek diplo victory?

For playing random enemies, what is the best map size and amount of AI and city states for a diplomatic victory?

Whatever map size you find most fun.

I was actually wondering if you could play with no opponents if you wanted to just test things. I couldn't figure it out so I would say as many CS you can keep allied and as few AI so they don't steal them, although you might want just enough AI to be able to keep selling things.
