Mod that gives free tech if 5 or more civ have it?

Can anybody help me, please?

I am looking for a mod - and it has to work on Gods & Kings! - where a tech, if more than let's say 5 other civs have it, then everybody gets it. The idea is that no civ gets left behind technologically.

I have no idea how to search for it - what key words to use, so I'm looking to YOU, my fellow Civilizatians!

What leads you to believe such a mod exists? I don't recall stumbling across anything like that, but you might ask around in the Creation & Customization subforums.

The mod makes sense, so someone oughta have made it...

Heck, I miss when the Great Library gave you a tech two or more known Civs knew
