Score list doesn't update

I think this might be a bug.
Playing a multiplayer LAN pitboss game, just me and AI's.

Problem: The score list isn't updated.
Neither the scores nor the civs I've met (as you can tell by the bottom bar)

I did kick the observer (to see what would happen) early on, maybe that has something to do with it?
Also I did play a multiplayer game (me and AI's) earlier on, without pitboss and without observer. There the score list was okay.

I just loaded the save and now the score list is updated.
A slight glitch apparently?

I can reproduce the problem.
I kicked the (empty) observer again (twice) to see if that was the problem and the score 'hangs' again and isn't updated anymore.

I've done a few tests and it's because of the kicking of the observer.
It's both in a normally hosted game as well as a pitboss game.
Mind you, it's an empty observer that is being kicked, I couldn't test it with an actual observer.

Steps to reproduce:
* Start a multiplayer game with an observer (either with or without pitboss)
* Kick the observer
* Scoreboard is 'stuck' and doesn't update anymore

* After a save and load the scoreboard works again as it should
