I'm having an issue with my mod which I think is pretty weird. I have made some changes to the policy trees and part of this was changing the picture behind the Commerce tree (because the old one was moved to Exploration). Everything worked fine.
Then I started having computer problems and ended up having to nuke my entire op-system and re-install everything. I had a back-up of my mod in my dropbox. However, after having re-installed Civ and re-downloaded the mod, I have this strange issue: The new policy background doesn't appear in the commerce tree - instead I just get a black background with the policy icons visible over it, even when the tree is not unlocked.

Does anybody have a clue what might be causing this? The mod can be downloaded from the link below if anybody has time to try and pinpoint what's going wrong (mod is in a zip folder, unzip into Mods directory).
