Err, maybe it's a stupid question but...

Why doesn't my edited version of my pedia.txt for my Dutch Modpack work? I tried to change the*.pde files too, but that didn't help either.

Try removing the "get_info.exe" file from your Civ2 directory. It is probably searching the CD and giving you the pedia off the CD. Make sure that you have not change the variable names. Those are the names in Pedia that are after the @@

Also, be sure you have the last line in the pedia.txt file or it won't work.
