Question regarding Team-based MP

Is it possible doing Team Based Multiplayer (Civilization V G&K) to make some kind of beacon/ping on a tile that only your Teammate can see? - it is quite annoying that you have to explain everything to your teammate, without the oppotunity to light a tile up, to show which tile you are talking about.

This was a feature in Civ4, but they never put it in Civ5 because players abused it in Civ4, so instead of putting some sort of code limits on pinging, they just removed it from the game. :-/
