Pitboss question regarding email

All,

How do I get pitboss to send out email when it is someone's turn?

I filled in the appropriate stuff (smtp server, username, etc) but it still doesnt seem to send out email. Is there something else I need to set to get it to start?

Do I need to have outlook express up and running on the server for it to work?

Many folks I have talked to have been unable to get it to work at all. If you search these forums for "pitboss turn notify" you'll find a link to a 3rd party program that does the job without a hitch.
