Earth Map - Europe Enlarged - NO starting positions

There used to be a map like this but I can't find it.
I don't want the civs to start in their historical position is what I mean.
Anyone knows such an earth map script?

I just happened to have found one gigantic Earth Map, with Europe Enlarged and Random Positions in the Download Database. It looks AWESOME!

If you don't want civs to start in their historical position, one option is to download an existing earth map and then enter world builder to move the civilizations around. If you want to change the actual leaders/civs, you can modify the world builder file (open it up as a text file).

Yeah but the point is I don't want to know who starts where.

It's ok though, the map I mentioned in my last post has it all.
