Any way to exclude certain civ's from the random pool?

I like to play with random civ's, but there are a few that can just wreck the experience for me, like the Huns and Polynesia. Is there any way to keep them from being in the random pool (other than playing them myself, of course)?

There's a mod called "really advanced setup" that will do exactly that (among other things).
