Mods keep reloading, is there a mod to fix this?

Hi

I can't find a mod/3rd party patch to fix the mods reloading every time the game loads, and 2k does not answer my query on this subject.

Has anyone made a mod/patch to fix this?

The devs are aware of the problem, it should be fixed in next patch. A mod can't fix that, it would require change in a file that is loaded before any mod can be.
