How do you get another civ to declare war on your enemy?

Or make sure that your target is globally hated and your ally has a decent army.

You go to "discuss" --> "shall we declare war against..."

You need to have a very good relationship.

Or go to the trade screen, and on the AI's side of the ledger select Other Civs, Declare War On, and the target civ. Then offer whatever inducements you like, or click on what will this take to see what the AI wants.

Or you go to "Trade" --> "Declare War On"

You need to have a good relationship OR a lot of spare resources and coin.
