Ping?

Apologies for a bit of a noobish question but what happened to the map ping button. When I teamed up with my mates for Co-OP Civ 4 multi play there was a button to ping parts of the map, it now seems to have disappeared in either the BTS or Warlords expansion. Has it been moved/hidden and I'm just being slow or has it been taken off

IIRC, you can ping somewhere by pressing 'P' and then clicking somewhere on the map.
