Help with aircraft rebasing

I had long been looking for a mod to allow aircraft to rebase to out of range cities automatically. Redox's LightTouch does just this. Click on a distant city, and the aircraft will automatically travel to that city in the shortest number of turns possible.

Unfortunately the mod has a other features I'm not interested in as well as bugs. It's all lua, so I don't know how to edit it to keep only the rebasing part. Can anyone help?
