F8 Screen shows wrong amount of culture...

I was playing a OCC recently going for a culture victory. When I checked my culture amount under the F8 screen, my total civilization culture was different from my capital's culture. But I only had one town. I have never built or controlled another town in any point in that game. If you want to look at a save of the game, I can upload it later.

Was this after you changed governments? I believe that when you're in anarchy, individual cities don't gain culture but the points are still added to your civ's total.

Funny, I've noticed the exact same thing in a recent OCC game. The total culture was about 10 points higher than the city's.

I had that in an OCC - with 30 points total higher culture.
