Less affinity from the tech path most traveled

Changes the amount of affinity points from techs based on what the most commonly gotten techs are.
Techs that are far out of your way give the most points, while tech that is right on an affinities path to their victory give the least.
Also, leaf techs that only give access to a wonder have extra affinity points because the wonder often goes to the first player to research it and to the rest it's wasted effort.
Example:
Hypercomputing has two leaf techs. Hyperconductors for Purity and and Neural Uploading for Supremacy. Neural Uploading gives 31 points because it is right under the Emancipation Gate and thus a Supremacy player wil almost always end up there. However the Hyperconductors tech gives 56 points because it is out of the way of Purity's units and Exodus gate and it's only gives a wonder. So it is a far longer trip to Hyperconductors for Purity than Neural Uploading is for Supremacy

Play this with contact victory turned off. It's the only victory that doesn't depend on affinity level so the slow down of affinity gain will not slow down contact.

This also makes Alien Genetics a harmony tech because it should be... in my opinion.
